Yes, technically I am back to blogging, sorry all for my week long hiatus! But more importantly, and my big, big news is my husband is home from his year-long deployment!!!!!!
Shaun arrived home last Tuesday night, and I was excited beyond belief! The homecoming ceremony times can change up to the very last minute, so all day on Tuesday, I was on pins and needles waiting and checking the hotline and website to make sure that everything was still a go! Then to make the wait even that more excruciating you are supposed to arrive to the ceremony site two hours prior to make sure you can find parking and a seat and then sit and be a bundle of nerves as you wait for all the soldiers to walk in!

I also just want to say a BIG Thank You to all of my family and friends who supported me during this deployment! You are were so great and supportive of me and Shaun during this past year, and it really meant so much to me! I really could not have done it without you all! Even if it was just a message or a short phone call, it really meant the world to know that so many people were thinking of me and my husband during this time!
